Features include fire resistant, fungi Resistant, excellent moisture and corrosion resistance etc. It is widely used in honeycomb ventilation panels, dust-filter, flow straightening in wind tunnel or water tunnel, waterjet cutting machines, electromechanical platform, train doors and floors, bulkheads, energy absorber, laser cutter machines, extraction table, etc. In the context of petroleum product counting, stainless steel honeycomb core is currently used to replace aluminum honeycomb to tranquilize the products.

  • Surface treatment: can be plated with Tin, Ni, Zn, Cr after electric oxidation.
  • W*L: 60*60, 120*120, 300*300, 600*600, 1000*2000mm. Can be customized.
  • Core thickness: 5mm-200mm.
  • Cell wall gauge: 0.08mm, 0.1mm, 0.13mm, 0.15mm, 0.2mm etc.
