Polypropylene Honeycomb Panel

Polypropylene Honeycomb Panel  is a lightweight (hollow structure), non-toxic, shockproof, long lifespan, eco-friendly and recyclable non-metallic core material produced by polypropylene. Our customer can choose between bare core or facing with non-woven polyester fabric.

With non-woven PET fabric, pp honeycomb sheet can be easily further bonded with FRP, wood grain sheet, aluminum plate, stainless steel sheet, marble sheet, rubber sheet etc. It is also supplied with or without a pp film barrier under the PET fabric to limit the amount of resin consumption.

It’s widely used in van body for logistics and express, mobile house, caravan, package etc. Furthermore, Polypropylene Honeycomb Panel can also be used in air filters to reduce corrosive gas emissions and as flat surface for waterjet cutting machines.
