Leveraging our expertise in acoustic engineering, we designed and constructed a thermal spraying machine room, thermal spraying booth, and front room with meticulous attention to detail. Our solution incorporated cutting-edge features to enhance functionality and performance:

Air Cylinder Lift Door: The air cylinder lift door seals effortlessly, providing smooth access and efficient workflow.
Sound Insulation: We used steel panels with corrosion-resistant finish to enhance sound insulation, reducing noise and creating a better work environment.
Sound Absorption: installed BFB sound absorption boards to improve sound control and meet industry standards effectively.
Ancillary Equipment: To complement the main components, we provided loading and unloading doors, elevating doors for thermal spray booths, intake and exhaust silencers, dust collection silencers, and more.
