Aluminum Honeycomb panel has excellent strength and great performance in high wind pressure resistance, shock absorption, sound insulation, heat preservation, fire resistance, and high strength. Aluminum honeycomb grid core can also be used as an energy absorber and grids in front of spotlights and photographic equipment.

PP honeycomb core is one of plastic honeycomb cores which is made of polypropylene material. As a lightweight, high strength, non-metallic, non-toxic, shockproof, long lifespan, eco-friendly and recyclable core material, pp honeycomb sheet is suitable to be bonded with FRP, wood grain sheet, aluminum plate, stainless steel sheet, marble sheet or rubber sheet etc to be used in truck body, mobile house, caravan and package.

Furthermore, bare core can be used in air filter and as flat surface for cutting tools (waterjet cutting machines). But a significant shortcoming of pp honeycomb core is its operating temperature cannot exceed 80 degree C. We also provide pp honeycomb panels.

Polypropylene Honeycomb Panel  is a lightweight (hollow structure), non-toxic, shockproof, long lifespan, eco-friendly and recyclable non-metallic core material produced by polypropylene. Our customer can choose between bare core or facing with non-woven polyester fabric.

With non-woven PET fabric, pp honeycomb sheet can be easily further bonded with FRP, wood grain sheet, aluminum plate, stainless steel sheet, marble sheet, rubber sheet etc. It is also supplied with or without a pp film barrier under the PET fabric to limit the amount of resin consumption.
